How the job runs
1. Share your cylinder details
Tell us the number, type and location of the cylinders, and any test dates stamped on them.
2. Checklist inspection
Our team checks each cylinder for dents, corrosion, valve and seal condition and legible markings, and sorts them into keep, re-test and withdraw.
3. Re-test advice
For cylinders past their test date we explain what a hydrostatic re-test involves and that it is carried out at a licensed test station, not on your site.
4. Written report
You receive a list of cylinders fit for service, those due for re-test and those to withdraw.

Do you carry out hydrostatic testing yourselves?
Our inspection is a visual and valve check. Hydrostatic re-testing is done at a licensed test station; we tell you which cylinders are due and what to ask for.
Do you replace cylinders that fail?
Yes. We can arrange replacement cylinders through our network; check the OGRA marking and condition on delivery.
Can you inspect a commercial kitchen's bottles on site?
Yes. We visit the site, check markings and condition, and leave a written list of keep, re-test and withdraw cylinders.
How much does this service cost?
Every job is quoted in writing after a brief and, where needed, a site assessment. Gas for any cylinders follows the OGRA-notified rate per kg; installation labour and materials are separate lines. We do not publish a fixed price list on this page.

Every distributor and supplier in our network must supply only cylinders that carry valid certification markings. Customers should check the marking and seal on delivery and refuse a damaged cylinder.
