3. We confirm price and time
We confirm the full price — gas, delivery and any deposit or exchange — and delivery timing (about one hour in covered network areas (confirmed on each order)) before you agree.
4. Delivery and check
The local team delivers and connects the cylinder. You check the certification marking, seal and connection with soapy water before they leave.

Cost: what you pay and what is confirmed on quote
Gas follows the monthly OGRA notification — currently Rs 279.34 per kg (October 2026). An 11.8 kg domestic refill is about Rs 3,296 in gas alone. Delivery, deposit and exchange are separate lines. Cylinder deposit applies when you take a new empty or filled cylinder into your custody; amount confirmed for your size and city before you agree. Empty-for-full exchange is available when you return a compatible empty cylinder in acceptable condition; we confirm eligibility when you order.

Who supplies you: our three roles
- Marketer / distributor: we are OGRA-licensed (licence 09024041999) and supply gas and cylinders under our licensed role.
- Reseller: for some products and orders we buy from a supplier and resell to you; gas still follows the OGRA notification.
- Referral partner: for some orders we introduce you to a distributor in the network who supplies and delivers directly; we still confirm price and timing with you first.
When a partner supplies you, we tell you. Every distributor and supplier in our network must supply only cylinders that carry valid certification markings. Safety at delivery and first use
- Refuse a damaged, rusty or unmarked cylinder.
- Check the certification marking and seal on the shoulder.
- Keep the cylinder upright in a ventilated place — never in a basement or bedroom.
- Brush soapy water on every joint after connection. Bubbles mean a leak. Never use a flame.
- If you smell gas later, leave and follow the smell-gas steps — call 1122 from outside if needed.
